PROCESSING TIMES

Vixx Accessories:

Please allow four full business days to process your order. Orders made after 5pm PST will be processed the following business day. Orders made on Saturday/Sunday will be processed that following Monday. 

Vixx Apparel: 

At this time all apparel is made to order. Please allow a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 14 days to process order. At time of purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Once order is processed you will receive tracking via email or number provided. 

Shipping:

At this time we only offer 4-7 business days (UPS standard shipping)
